This service provides a comprehensive coaching and development program for managers, with a focus on improving their effectiveness and promoting a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplace. The service includes an initial data gathering phase, individualized goal setting, ongoing coaching and skill development, and regular progress monitoring and assessment.
Base Managerial Coaching includes the following:
- Initial data gathering [interviews/surveys of critical constituents.
- Inventory of manager’s strengths and potential development areas.
- Assessment of the manager’s understanding of the principles of equity, equality, inclusivity and diversity.
- Individualized goal setting between manager and supervisor.
- Ongoing coaching and skill development.
- Monitoring and assessing results.
- Monthly coaching meetings of 45 minutes via Zoom or telephone.
- Bi-annual review with immediate supervisor to review progress to goal.
