• Team and group rates available.
• In-person coaching meetings will occur to monitor progress, assess growth and strategize through key topics of interest, concern or focus as necessary.
• The participating manager will complete exercises between coaching sessions, as needed.
• Additional meetings or calls with the Coach may be scheduled as desired by the manager and approved by the contracting supervisor.
• Oral feedback will be provided to the manager monthly with a final written summary and recommendations at the end of the coaching term.

Pricing structure is dependent on the service. Typically, consultant services are contracted on annual basis, prorated over the fiscal year. Prorated contracts can be arranged upon mutual agreement. Agreed upon pricing do not include expenses.

Individual and group trainings can be contracted on an annual basis or on an individual event basis, depending on the desired outcomes.

Invoicing can be arranged on an annual prepaid basis, or by monthly invoicing.

COACHING:

• Monthly written report to supervisor, of activities and outcomes.
• Monthly written review to coaching subject.
• Monthly progress goals set for coaching subject.
• Quarterly review with supervisor to ensure progress toward target goal completion.

Additional services not listed or custom tailored to the institution may be added by mutual agreement and billed at a minimum hourly rate of $350 per hour.
